The Hall is following Government instructions and CRCC advice concerning the operation of Public Buildings.
Additional Hiring Conditions specific to COVID-19 restrictions apply to all Bookings.

To hire the Hall please contact our Bookings Secretary using the form below. They will be pleased to provide you with information on both our Standard Conditions of Hire and the additional COVID-19 related Conditions of Hire.

The Hall has a COVID-19 cleaning programme in place. This ensures the Hall and its facilities are cleaned before and after every event, in line with Government and CRCC advice.

Polruan Village Hall can be Booked for a wide variety of Events

Wedding Receptions are from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening with the option to extend if required.

Weekend Hire is Saturday and Sunday inclusive.

The Hall can also be booked for Morning, Afternoon or Evening Sessions. Please state which is required when completing your Booking Enquiry.
